Suspected Scromboid: Fish Reaction - McDonald's, Louisville Kentucky

I had a filet o fish. 1.5 hrs later, I started itching all over. Vomiting. Diarrhea sweating. I and my NP believe it to be Scromboid poisoning. The itching lasted the entire time.
