Today I stopped around 11:25am for a quick bite. Didn't wanted anything too heavy so I ordered the egg mcmuffin with ham. Around 1 hour later, I had very painful stomach cramps, and 30 min later I vomited my entire soul out. I have continued with the stomach cramps & vomiting the rest of the day and night. 🙁😷 | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
