Got a fish filet , fries, hot fudge sundae at 11am Saturday. Took 4-5 bites. Fish seemed a little too squishy. Opened sandwich up and there was a long string of cheese that wouldn’t break apart in my napkin. Woke up at 1am with nausea. Haven’t threw up but I’ve been constantly nauseous. Feels like a knot in stomach. It’s Monday and I’m still feel sick. Had loose stool but not too watery. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
