I had a Mcspicy meal a cheeseburger and a Biscoff Mcflurry. The fries and cheeseburger were stone cold! So I did not eat them but I ate the Mcspicy, drank the regular iced latte and ate the Mcflurry. Then 5 hours later I had the worst stomach pain of my life and I was throwing up everything. It didn't stop until it was all out of my system! Awful 😞 | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
