I ordered a McPick and i got a double cheese burger with no onions or mustard and fries i also ordered a small caramel frappe. An hour or so later i started getting chills but i had a fever. I became nauseous and i kept waking up through the night with sweats but i was still cold and thinking i was going to throw up. I hope this helps because im still sick a day later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Sweating
