Quarter Pounder Illness Report - McDonald's, Sittingbourne England

The only out of character thing I consumed was a quarter pounder chips cheese melts and a coke with ice.  It was 31/12/19 I had the meal alone. It was a take away and I felt bloated the next day. I did NOT consume alcohol as I was due to work the next day. Whilst getting ready for work I felt bloated. Then a loss of appetite. Then severe stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Loss of Appetite
