Ordered our dinner from this McDonald's. My wife had a triple cheeseburger, fries and a Coke Zero. I had the Mcspicy burger, fries and a Diet coke. About 15 minutes after eating she began feeling nauseas and had diarrhea. About an hour after eating she started vomiting violently and began shivering. This has continued on 3.5 hours later and there is no signs of stopping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
