Food Safety Report: McDonald's, South 52nd Street, Philadelphia, PA, USA

McDonald's, South 52nd Street, Philadelphia, PA, USA

101 South 52nd Street, Philadelphia, 19139 Pennsylvania, United States

I purchased this on Friday, October 14th at 3:06 PM. I got 2 orders of large fries for me and a Double Quarter Pounder Meal Large for my mom and a 3 pack of chocolate chip cookies. When I went to fill the soda cup I noticed the ice was out and the area where drinks are filled wasn't clean. In the grate/drain there was food and it just looked bad. The fries were stale, hard, glassy in places and honestly looked and tasted old or like they were reheated. I felt nausea an hour after eating them. I only ate one and wasted the second large fry container. My mom threw up after trying to eat most of the stale fries and the burger she said tasted old and stale, the edges were tough and hard and right after she ate most of the burger she had a piece that tasted funky and she had an instant feeling of nausea and when she ran to the bathroom she vomited. Also the craziest situation was happening while I was there. The cashier who took my order was arguing with two separate customers about 10 minutes apart and one teenager she was ready to fight. It took the male manager to block the door and tell the cashier to clock out and go to the back and for him to try to nudge her away many times before she went. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
