Last night, at around 9:30pm, I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget, fries, and a coke. After I finished my meal around 10pm, I immediately felt “off.” I had a stomach ache and tried to sleep through it, but was woken up by the pain on multiple occasions. At around 1:30am, I vomited. I tried going back to sleep, but I woke up around 3am to vomit again. I have also been experiencing diarrhea from 3:30am-8pm. I have probabaly had diarrhea at least 8 times now. Throughout today, I have also developed a fever and muscle aches. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
