Today , Last meal eaten was this. Large sugar free French vanilla coffee and the seasonal blueberry pie. I only had about a third of the coffee throughout the morning. I ate around 7 am and sipped iced coffee throughout the morning. Late morning I started having diarrhea. My stomach felt like it was blowing up and there felt like there was a blockage. I was nauseous all afternoon. I came home, I have a low grade fever and started vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Nausea
