Husband and I got McDonald's yesterday, we both ordered the Angel Reese special with fries. I got a Coke to drink, husband had a Shamrock Shake. Note that he is not lactose intolerant. Husband began to feel ill later in the evening last night. Has since been experiencing nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, gas, and stomach pain for the past 24+ hours. Pepto Bismol has lessened his symptoms somewhat, but not significantly. He also has had multiple cases of hiccups, but I suspect that is unrelated. I have been unaffected. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas
