I ate 2 mcchickens 2 chicken tenders, small fries, and a guava cream pie last night 04/09/2018 around 9:50pm and this morning at 3:43 I woke up from the stomach pain and went to the bathroom and I've had diarrhea and vomiting since. Now my body is really hot and my chest is burning but if i move from this spot I'll throw up again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
