my son at a plain mcchicken fries and a chocolate shake. He began vomiting 18 hours after eating the food. Loose stools began 2 hours after eating which progressed to watery diarrhea. He has vomited 30 times she has had as many episodes of diarrhea. He is 16 and is now asking me to take him to the hospital. Ate good at McDonald's. About 6 hours later, loose stools began. Vomiting and watery diarrhea started 18 hours after last food consumed. He gets the same food from the same McDonald's every day. He eats a plain mcchicken, fries and a chocolate milkshake. No one else ate these items in our family. He is the only one sick. He is 16. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
