290 U.S. 69, Kansas City, 64119 Missouri, United States

Both 4 yr old and I ate from this store at 2:08 pm. Both ate Folded egg with cheese. No bread product. Pain began 2 hr later followed by vomiting and diareah. Ended up in ER | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
