Happy Meal Illness Alert - McDonald's, Verneuil d'Avre et d'Iton Normandie

We had a happy meal with the hamburger, an extra hamburger, a CBO, with fries for each menu, as well as 2 chicken wraps, on 26/12/23 at 12 pm. We did not eat anything other than that.
After 3 hours I felt a general malaise and my 8-year-old child started vomiting. I had to lie down. My child vomited 3 times, the third time was at 23:00 or 11 hours after the meal.. my child has a slight fever.

I'm waiting for tomorrow to see if it calms down or if we have to go to the emergency room.
