I had sausage and egg muffin 20/04/21 i became very sick this day, left work as I could not stay there and have since had tests at my G.P surgery, samples have come back abnormal and I am waiting to talk with my G.P this week. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
