Additional information: Had a shake and fries, still have empty packages. Within a couple of hours after eating, I suddenly felt the need to use the restroom and the nausea and vomiting hit while I was on the toilet. Terrible cramping, fatigue, and dizziness came on and lasted for hours after vomiting and diarrhea seem to have calmed.
