Went to the Drive Thru around 12:30 p.m. for lunch and ordered a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets and fries. About 4.5 hours later, I started having stomach cramps, which were soon followed by diarrhea, stomach, cramps, and chills. I did have a few pieces of peanut butter m&ms an hour or so before the nuggets, but other than the candy, had not consumed anything else that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills
