Fast Food Digestive Woes - McDonald's, Springfield Illinois

I usually only eat fast food once a month so I had a Big Mac and Large Fry with a Large Dr Pepper from McDonalds for a late lunch today. I thought it tasted normal when I was eating it but by 6pm I had stomach cramps which would not go away and by 10:30pm I was having explosive diarrhea. Not sure if it was the grease, the lettuce on the burger or a combination of all of that & too much work stress but my stomach is torn up tonight! :( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
