I went to the Hinesville Ga McDonald’s on 1-96 on Saturday morning around 6 a.m. I got a egg and ham mcmuffin and pancakes with sausage. Later that evening I was coming back from the tube island beach and realized I was getting a faint upset stomach. As I continued to head home it got continuously worse. When I reached home I ran to the bathroom and that’s when I realized it was not normal the way I was feeling. I was sick all weekend and Monday. Til this day I still feel sick when I eat food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
