It ordered there and got a number 7 (2 cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink) with just cheese and ketchup on the burger. I ate it around 12:15pm for lunch and around 5pm I started feeling horribly ill. I had not eaten anything else that day. I got stomach pain, i felt nauseous, i had a fever, a bad headache, i was dizzy and i had body chills. My whole body was and still is aching. I threw up the meal later. I couldn’t eat anything else for the day after that meal because of how sick i felt. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Dizziness, Body Ache
