ordered a McChicken and a medium fry around 4:30 pm, the fries hot and fresh, the McChicken was a little questionable, I strongly suspect the mayonnaise or lettuce, been having diarrhea since 8 pm on my 4th time having to use the toilet as of 4 am, had a McChicken and fries from 3 other l9cations the past few weeks and no problems til now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
