my friend bought a cheeseburger and a quarter pounder with chips and a frozen coke for each of us, i ate the quarter pounder at around 4pm and it is how 12:23am and i haven't eaten anything since so it must be the quarter pounder coming through. i got horrible diarrhoea and have to get up every ten or so minutes to rush to the toilet, and while i'm in the bathroom i get really bad nausea, yet i haven't actually vomited. i'm also passing a lot of gas too. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas
