Due to allergies and health conditions I usually eat only organic, but I was pressed for time and went with a Egg and Cheese McMuffin. I had been doing great until I was struck with severe stomach pains and fever 6 hours after. I hadn't eaten anything prior or after that sandwich. I had gotten food poisoning this bad from McDonald's before so I immediately knew what was the issue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
