Ordered a double cheeseburger and a coffee Tuesday 12 November morning, noticed the burger was cold, a bit hard and the cheese wasn’t melted but I was hungry and ate it anyway, don’t usually have a problem with McDonald’s but not even half hour later I have been vomiting and diarrhoea all morning, just chunks of cheese and I guess the rest of the burger is going through me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
