Went to McDonald's last night around 10pm, got a sausage egg cheese breakfast sandwhich. Woke up this morning with my stomach cramping and threw up and have been having diarrhea all day.. First time going out to eat all week so I can't think of anything other than the sandwhich being the reason. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
