Iced Mocha Illness - McDonalds,

Ordered an iced mocha with regular milk, no whip cream and a mcchicken around 11 am before class. Stomach started hurting around 1:30 so I tried to take a nap to get over it. Woke up around 4 and vomited up coffee. From then on the stomach pain was almost unbearable and I was throwing up every hour or whenever I tried drinking any fluids. I didn't eat anything else that day so I know it was the mcdonalds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
