125 Ralph Williams Drive, Fredericksburg, 22405 Virginia, United States

I ordered a mcdouble, mozzarella sticks, French fries, 2 apple pies, and a sweet tea. I ordered and ate around 10:30-11:00 pm and woke up at 4 am throwing up everywhere. It is now 3:00 pm the next day and everytime I move my stomach gets nauseas and I vomit. Everytime I try to drink water or ginger ale I also vomit. I haven't ate mcdonalds in over 6 months, so my body must've had a reaction to something bad. | Symptoms: Vomiting
