It was around 1am. I went through the drive through and ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg. I get the sandwich and right away I notice an odd ordor from the sandwich. I then inspected to sandwich and noticed that the buns work charcoal black as if they were burnt. I didn't make much ou of the appearance or ordor, for I was hungry. I ate the whole sandwich. I hadnt eating anything before or after juat that sandwich. An hour goes by and I start to feel light headed, I feel fever systoms startingbtonarise. Then my stomach starts not feel good. And I get the urge to vomit. I start vommiting and I feel terrible. Now I'm immobilised and I don't know what to do.. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
