I always eat McDonalds and never have problems with digesting the food. I had eaten it last night, and when I woke up this morning I felt really sick, and could not get up. I got up and used the bathroom and I had explosive diahrrea. Most of it was just lettuce and other food particles. When I was finished and got up I had to throw up, I threw up a 1/3 of the pickle that was in one of the burgers and some bread particles and lettuce particles. It was the nastiest things I've ever experienced. I had to call out of work because it was so bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
