My husband bring me lunch...at my work at 1:00 in the afternoon..it's my lunch time. .he buy at mc donnald in athem,az ..then I ate with and the fries..after that I finished my cheeseburger and fries I got stomach ache run to the rest room and have diarrhea. .sweating a lot dizzy and then I called my boss at work with other associates at my job..I told them I can't continue working I don't feel good and then I started vomiting and having fever...that's only foods I ate for my lunch the cheeseburger and french fries from mc donnald. .I called my husband rigth away at the phone to take me home..coz I'll almost passed out.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating
