I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins no egg, I ate one for breakfast and the other one later on the day, I also got a carmel ice coffee, i felt find until I couldnt sleep that night and I woke up with nausea, diarrhea , fever and vomiting and now I had to call in sick from my work because thats how bad my food poisoning is | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
