Food Safety Report: McDonalds, Cross Lane, Salford, United Kingdom.

Today I got a latte at approx 1 pm. Prior to that I had only eaten toast. In the prior day I had eaten only cooked food & no dairy or meat or fish. In the evening my stomach started gurgling very loudly & I got diarrhoea. It came & went. I feel nauseous but mostly okay. To be honest I was hacked off with the service at Macs even before I consumed the drink. A girl took my order - which was only the drink. She keyed the order into the drink making machine. Then she turned away & started serving another customer. There were only 3 customers at the counter. Then she forgot about the drink. Another member of staff walked past, peered into the cup & enquired about it. I noted at the time that the drink, which was not covered , was too close to her mouth & face for my comfort. Staff don't appear to understand hygeine. There should be a distance between their breathing & consumables & also they should avoid touching the parts of a cup & lid which are going to come into contact with the drinkers mouth & the actual drink - noting that some customers remove the plastic lid when drinking. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
