Hello, I ate food from McDonald's at Parc Trostre, Llanelli (chips, chicken burger and a cheese burger) about 4pm after coming out of hospital. About 4 hours later I had severe diarrhoea and sickness, I was so tired, had a major headache and saw the doctor about this 4pm the next day (today) in which they have said I have had bacterial food poisoning and on medication and off work for the next 2 weeks. I am collapsing after vomiting so much, I am not aloud to eat for 24 hours or drink, the only thing is Lucazade advised by Dr I would like to make a full complaint about this, I am very unwell and I am bed bound, I am not aloud to go out of the house as I can not be left alone, I have to be constantly supervised in case anything major happens to my body.Kind Regards,
