Went to this cafe for breakfast. The meal looked okay and ordered my son a egg pizza with chicken, sausage and of course egg with a biscuit base. After about 4 hours my son became ill with being sick, stomach cramps, diarrhoea and muscle spasms. We are only visiting this country from the UK. Totally ruined 3 days of our holidays! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Muscle Spasms, Cramps
