Ate in the Merkado Buffet Restaurant on the evening of Tuesday 27th January and after an hour of eating I was suffering explosive diahrrea, I was ill overnight suffering headache and abdominal discomfort and frequently having to use the toilet. I had to stay in bed on the 28th and went to the Merkado Buffet in the evening to eat dry bread and a banana.I am still ill to a lesser degree on Thursday 29th, had dry bread again for breakfast but still have headache and some abdominal discomfort and watery stools and I dare not venture too far from a toilet
