We ordered a pizza and a sandwich, both with chicken on it. The sandwich also included mushrooms. Started feeling sick later that evening. I had chills, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness. My girlfriend had symptoms also, but not as severe. I started feeling better after a day and a half and decided to eat the leftovers. This time I ate the chicken sandwich. 2 hours after eating it, I was sick all over again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
