Brussel Sprout/Quinoa/Butternut Squash Salad or Tomato Soup from the hot soup bar (eaten Wed night Nov 13) or more likely a small pack of California Rolls from the sushi section eaten Thurs afternoon Nov 14. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other
