Cold, Undercooked Meals: Nausea - Mi Ranchito AMF, American Fork Utah

We were seated, after 50 minutes i left to inquire about the status of our food. When the waiter saw me go to the manager, they immediately brought the food to our table. All plates were cold and half way cooked. They decided to assign a big party seated after our arrival with priority. THe manager indicated that it will take 5 minutes to bring new food at the table, to which we enquirer: “Why did it take 50 minutes if it only takes you 5 minutes?” ordered a salad with shrimp, which happens to be what she vomited two hours later, with acute intestinal pain, fever, and nausea. We are waiting to assess if she requires assistance at the emergency room. At this point, the vomiting seems to have helped the situation. The manager at the time was dismissive and could care less about this situation, they brought a new plate with half way coocked chicken that I didn’t eat as it tasted raw. I contacted the owner this evening (December, 26) and indicated that I will be calling tomorrow. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
