Ate a yogurt for breakfast, leftovers for lunch, and shared guacamole from the restaurant with my fiancée. He ordered a chicken burrito, I got the steak tacos. Monday at midnight I began not to feel well, vomiting, diarreah, fever. Felt a little better Wednesday then it began again Wednesday night & went to the ER. They said my small intestine had an infection and it was typically seen from food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
