Warm Wilted Lettuce Illness - Midtown Caboose, Tallahassee Florida

I had salad and chili. The lettuce was warm and wilted but tasted ok. The chili was thick and barely warm. After I ate it just didn’t set well with me. I didn’t eat but half because the entire time it just didn’t look or taste good. Immediately I had an upset stomach but the next evening I got nauseated and began to vomit and go to the bathroom a lot. Haven’t been able to eat anything since eating there  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
