Piping Hot Pasta Illness - Milano Italian Grille, Ocala Florida

6 days ago reported by user-hjqvc395 business

Milano Italian Grille, Southwest College Road, Ocala, FL, USA

5400 Southwest College Road, Ocala, 34474 Florida, United States

Sunday night, 25th of January, 7:30pm. My wife and I got the same dishes together. Italian wedding soup and chicken penne alla vodka. No alcoholic beverages, just sweet tea. Food came out hot, smelt and tasted fine. I got home and started to get nausea and stomach ache into the evening. Next morning, Monday 26th of january, my wife and I had the same symptoms. Nausea, diarrhea, cramps right away. Had diarrhea most of the day.

Thought symptoms had subsided, but now Tuesday the 27th, nausea and loose stool still present.

Neither of us have any food allergies. We are both quite young and robust.

The penne vodka dish came out piping hot, hotter in temperature than any dish I've ever received from any restaurant which seemed a little suspicious, as if it was over baked in the oven? Not entirely sure.

After reading the health reports on this place with high priority risks like contamination, etc, this place should be shut down or the owner needs some serious fines because it's clearly a repeating issue and someone is going to get killed from this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
