Boneless Ribs Trigger Illness - Mini combo boneless ribs, Cataño Cataño

I ordered a mini combo of boneless ribs, rice and fries. I noticed while eating at approximately 6PM that the ribs has hard pieces, but didn't taste bad. At approximately 4:30 AM. I started to have nauseas and non stop diarrhea every 5-10 minutes. It's 9:45 AM and still happenings. The gases taste as Chinese food, the worst experience I ever had from any food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas
