Closure Date: 10-23-2020Cockroach infestation. The inspector saw some live and dead roaches by the dishwashing and handwashing sinks. There were also some dead roaches in the soda cabinet, and when the boxes of syrup were moved, three live roaches came out of them. There was one other critical violation, for ham and cheese croissants being left in an unrefrigerated display case for almost five hours. Additionally, the restaurant had no COVID-19 risk assessment or site-specific plan, there were no signs or markers requiring face masks or social distancing and employees were not undergoing health screenings at the start of their shifts, as required.
