Ate a veggie pizza for lunch (white sauce tomato, mushrooms onions green peppers cheese artichokes). Throughout the afternoon my stomach began cramping and I became gassy. I woke up from sleep and vomited several times throughout the night. Woke up still sick and vomiting. Began running a low grade fever with chills and intestinal pain. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps, Chills
