Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Vegan Cheese, Cross contamination, did not change out gloves. Not sure how old the cheese was they pulled out of under the countertop.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: other: Still happening trying to feel better but keeps getting worse. Will be going to a doctor in the morning.
Additional information: Wish the staff wasn't so careless. Hope this never happens to anyone again. It's been really bad for me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
