I went to Mod Pizza with some friends. I got an 11” white sauce, garlic, mozzarella, chicken, mushrooms, olives, purple onion and artichoke. I ate around 9pm and started having symptoms an hour later, cramps, dizziness, chills, nausea. By 11:30pm I had major diarrhea. I unfortunately paid my card but I did not get a receipt but it is on my bank statement. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Dizziness
