Pesto Pizza Causes Pain

I had a pizza with pesto, garlic, chicken, bacon, olives, mushrooms and onions. Within a couple hours I was experiencing intense joint pain, gastrointestinal distress, almost constant diarrhea, and nausea. Currently on day 3 on said symptoms. 100% will not be going back to mod pizza.

All-Meat Pizza Illness

I had a all-meat pizza. Bacially every meat they have with cheese and sauce at work. About 2 hours later I started sweating and feeling nauseous and like I had to go to the bathroom. My boss sent me home early and I've had diarrhea and I've been vomiting ever since.
