Ordered a pizza with red sauce, garlic, basil, mozzarella, pepperoni, spicy sausage, black olives, tomatoes, and rosemary on 4/5 at 2:30pm. After I finished my work shift at 6pm I began getting chills and feeling hot. Eventually it escalated to non-stop vomiting throughout the night until 6am the follow morning 4/6. Today I am still extremely nauseous but no vomiting but feel like I need to. Frequently visiting bathroom for liquid stool. I’ve eaten these exact same ingredients every time I order from them but yesterday I wish I would not have. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
