I got a home wrecker steak on romaine lettuce/grilled peppers, pico pickled jalapeños.I have severe nausea threw up 3 hours later. Irregular bowel movements at same time It was towards the end of the night. I suspect the romaine, or soda machine honestly, the entire restaurant is absolutely filthy the back booth smelled so bad we migrated twords the front, none of the cushions in any of the booths have ever been professionally cleaned the floor was absolutely filthy and the food station was unbelievable dirty like no one took 5 minutes each hour to clean and wipe some areas down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
